We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive with a passion for healthcare communications. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, strategic, and creative medical communications for global pharmaceutical clients across a range of therapy areas.
Working within a dynamic and supportive client services team, you’ll take ownership of key project elements, manage timelines and budgets, and help build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
Support the planning and delivery of a wide range of medical communications projects (e.g. publications, symposia, advisory boards, digital content)
Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflow, liaising with editorial and creative teams
Prepare accurate status reports, contact reports, and financial tracking documents
Contribute to proposals and pitch materials for new business opportunities
Maintain strong understanding of relevant therapy areas and industry trends
2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency environment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with exceptional attention to detail
Strong client handling and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
A degree in life sciences (or similar); higher degrees are a bonus but not essential
