Shionogi Europe is healthcare company, launched approximately 130 years after the organisation was founded (1878) by Gisaburo Shiono SR. in Doshomachi, Osaka, Japan. The headquarters of Shionogi & Co., Ltd are still in Osaka however the company has grown to become a major research-driven pharmaceutical company dedicated to placing the highest value on patient care.

Retained to build the European EU HQ team in London and affiliates spanning European Top5. Morgan Prestwich executive deployed on-site on 6 month secondment as member of Senior Leadership Team, providing oversight on assessment centres, interviews and onboarding.
