Greg founded Morgan Prestwich in 2010 following a highly successful career in Biopharmaceutical Executive Search. His driver was to create a firm based on a sound moral compass, transparency and business ethics aligned with his clients and candidates. He has become internationally recognised as an expert Advisor and Head Hunter, specialising in helping small to medium-sized US or Japanese headquartered Biopharmaceutical businesses to build their operations in Europe & US. 

Greg is a true family man, married to Emma for 12 years with three young, highly active sporty boys! Greg is a competitive sportsman interested in cricket, rugby, golf and skiing. He is also a keen investor in a variety of global businesses. 

He supports a local charity ‘Love Works’ by allocating space at Morgan Prestwich’s UK offices. The charity helps people who have fallen on hard times get back on their feet by giving food, clothing and general support counselling.
