This quarterly sales incentive invites you to the Director's Club if you reach your target. You will be taken out to a luxurious location with the senior leadership team.

Annual Leave
The holiday year runs from the 1st January to 31st December
LSR offer all employees with a starting point of 20 days. Capped at 26 days.
Moreover, all full time workers are entitled to 8 public bank holidays per calendar year.

We are a very family orientated company and value employees time with loved ones which is why we provided extra time off over the Christmas period.
